Auto Synchronization

You may set up an automatic sync interval once you are satisfied with your sync settings and dataset. That way, the data will be continually updated between the applications.

• The automatic data sync is set in the plugin at the Basic Configuration tab\ Synchronization section.

• To set an automatic sync between the QuickBooks application and IntelliTrack, enter a sync interval period (in minutes) in the Sync Interval field.
• The QuickBooks data (units of measure, items, customers, vendors, and orders) will be automatically synchronized with IntelliTrack at the sync interval specified.
• Any inventory adjustments in IntelliTrack will automatically be exported to QuickBooks if you have specified the QuickBooks Adjustment Account in the plugin.
• QuickBooks Purchase Orders and Sales Orders are synchronized with IntelliTrack; IntelliTrack Picking and Receiving Orders are synchronized with QuickBooks.
• In the Last Auto Sync Completed On field, you may enter a date-time of the last auto sync. The plugin will then automatically update the field after each auto sync and only synchronize data updated AFTER this date-time.
• When an auto sync has finished, the following message, Plugin Host services plugin processing has completed, appears in the status bar, which is found along the bottom of the plugin.
